ABOUT US:

My name is Marsha Bostic Vance, a native Arkansan who came back to Arkansas  after 28 years in the Greater Memphis and surrounding areas, where I have been involved in estate sales, real estate and sales/marketing. My background includes a BA in Mass Communication from Southern Arkansas University. Previously I have held real estate licenses in both Arkansas and Tennessee. My accumulated experience in sales/marketing, advertising and promotion, have assisted me for the last 15 years to focus my energy on all aspects of the estate sales business.

Phyllis Bennett, brings a unique level of professionalism to the table with 28 years experience in the Senior Housing Industry as an Assisted Living Administrator, Senior Housing Marketing Consultant in Chicago, IL., Board Certified Grief Counselor, a former Board member of the Arkansas Alzheimer's Association and a Court Appointed Advocate for the Elderly. She is also a Arkansas State bonded Notary.

Both myself and Phyllis  are the daughters of identical twins and the Daughter's of the American Revolution. Our mother's were the first twins to graduate from LPN nursing school in the State of Arkansas and our father's were military.

We fully understand that an Estate Sale may involve selling your "memories of a lifetime" and will respectfully conduct your sale. We take pride in professionally managing all of the research, preparation, organization, presentation, advertising and setup of the sale. After preliminary research is conducted, desirable items may be sold at pre-sale to maximize sales and earnings.  The most successful estate sales require planning, meticulous  attention to detail and strong customer service.  Our experience is invaluable in managing the resources needed to conduct a successful sale.  We are very passionate about serving our community and we actively donate to our local charities.  In everything we do, we seek to project professionalism, credibility and sensitivity.
