Each sale is advertised in local media, websites and professional business associations marketing, as well as, signs at point of sales and directions to your sale.


Most estates sales require that we start working in the home a few weeks before the sale date to set up sale and start researching and pricing items.  We bring in tables to display the items to be sold.  We clean out closets, cabinets, drawers,  garage, attics, basements and patios.  Pricing is based on our knowledge of the market place, references and consulting a panel of experts in specific areas of estate sales.  We create a steady flow of interested buyers to your home and suggest if your home is for sale, to encourage your realtor to bring brochures and business cards  prior to the sale for availability to interested parties. 

Sale Day

During the sale days, (generally three), there are professionals who assist in selling and protecting your items. We have undercover security on site. When the sale is over, you have several options for consideration with the left over property. Your home is left clean and ready for market or the next owner. Remaining items can be donated to various charitable organizations Locally.  I suggest Habitat for Humanity, Humane Society, Guardian Angels, Jackson House, Salvation Army, Goodwill, Disabled American Vets or your local church or charity of your choice.   You will receive a tax deductible receipt for these items, which I can assist you in determining the value.
